Our main bar, located in the market area presents light, casual dining throughout the day and a selection of wine, beer, cocktails and mocktails. Enjoy a cool drink while gently gliding back and forth on a leather swing at the bar, lounge on a daybed overlooking the jungle, or reserve a table for two for aperitifs and snacks. Chef Chandra brings over 20 years of culinary expertise, having worked at a myriad of luxury hotels & resorts as well as prestigious Michelin-starred and award-winning restaurants around the world, including the likes of The French Laundry (Napa Valley) and Alinea (Chicago).
With a modern, innovative approach to cuisine that draws upon his wealth of experience, Chef Chandra opens a new chapter for dining at Six Senses Con Dao.
Upon his arrival at Six Senses Con Dao, Chef Chandra was immediately captivated by the local produce and the resort’s dedicated organic gardens and farm, with its seasonal, delicious flavors.
Putting these ingredients at the forefront, Chef Chandra showcases his elegant and thoughtful cuisine delivering a deeply personalized experience for every guest.

Chef No has over a decade of culinary experience and many years with Six Senses Con Dao. She is proud that Vietnam
ese food is not only delicious, but also is cited as one of the healthiest cuisines in the world with simple ingredients made complex through flavor, making her a perfect match for the wellness-focused Six Senses.
