Authentic traditional Vietnamese cuisine prepared by Chef No, a Con Dao native and one of the resort’s original employees, and her team. They aim to wow you with authentic flavors using local recipes that have been passed down from mother and grandmother for generations. Daniel has 20 years of experience as a professional chef. Born in the UK, with a great passion for cooking from the age of 15, Daniel started his first job at Four Seasons Hotel in Manchester where he had the opportunity to learn about rich sources of exotic seafood from around the world cooked with premium methods. He finds inspiration in local ingredients and culinary culture, with the knowledge he has gained in Vietnam used to successfully enhance Western techniques. His dishes, especially seafood, are full of creativity with bold flavors. Committed to bringing special culinary experiences to guests, he believes that every dish should tell a story.

Chef No has over a decade of culinary experience and five years with Six Senses Con Dao. She is proud that Vietnamese food is not only delicious, but also is cited as one of the healthiest cuisines in the world with simple ingredients made complex through flavor, making her a perfect match for the wellness-focused Six Senses. As a Vietnamese chef and Con Dao native, she has a great understanding of traditional dishes while always on the lookout for new ideas.
