By the Beach Restaurant
Bountiful buffet breakfasts shine with a Vietnamese Street Food section, detox juice bar, and make-your-own mimosas and Bloody Marys. Lunches of delicately-flavored dishes are accompanied by ocean views and gentle sea breezes. Vietnamese by the Market
Authentic traditional Vietnamese cuisine prepared by Chef No, a Con Dao native, and her team. They aim to wow you with authentic flavors using local recipes passed down from mother and grandmother for generations. In addition to a stellar lineup of famed and flavorful dishes, inventive daily specials are also available. Care to try Pho Bo (Beef Noodles) and a Banh Xeo Tom (Vietnamese Pancake) for two?
Cocktails & Mocktails
Our main bar, located in the market area presents light, casual dining throughout the day and a selection of wine, beer, cocktails and mocktails. Enjoy a cool drink while gently gliding back and forth on a leather swing at the bar, lounge on a daybed overlooking the jungle, or reserve a table for two for aperitifs and snacks. Re-energize with our East meets West cocktail menu for when the sunset fades. Cheers!
