Chef Laurent began his journey alongside renowned Michelin-starred chefs, gaining six years of valuable fine-dining experience. He is highly experienced in wellness-focused cuisine, food safety (HACCP-trained), sustainable sourcing, waste management, and cost control. His approach combines hands-on leadership with team development, cultural sensitivity, and a strong focus on guest personalization.
Having led kitchens in remote island destinations like Bora Bora, he now calls Con Dao home – crafting thoughtful, nature-inspired dining that celebrates the island’s essence.

Chef No has over a decade of culinary experience and many years with Six Senses Con Dao. She is proud that Vietnamese food is not only delicious, but also is cited as one of the healthiest cuisines in the world with simple ingredients made complex through flavor, making her a perfect match for the wellness-focused Six Senses. As a Vietnamese chef and Con Dao native, she has a great understanding of traditional dishes while always on the lookout for new ideas.
