No. 1: Pack light
You wont’t need as much as you think!
...Because we provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, aloe vera gel and mosquito spray. These natural products are greener for the planet and have lots of health benefits too!
No. 2: What not to bring?
There are some items should definitely be left at home or outside of the resort for hygiene and safety purpose. Yes... we are talking about light snacks, cooked food, instant noodles, fruits, drinks or any other outside food and beverages that are not allowed to bring into the resort.
No. 3: Choose the right outfits
To get ready for a pontent combination of all activities you could think of in Con Dao islands, we suggest you to pack some basic items that are:
1, ...made with nature fibers like cotton, linen, etc for better airflow and help you dry out faster
2, ..long enough to cover your knees and shoulders when you visit local temples or places of sanctuary to pay your respects to the fallen heroes
3, ..”cool” enough to make you want to jump right into the water and discover the well-presserved marine life surrounding Vietnam’s premier protected area
No. 4: Say "Bye Bye" ....temporarily to your fly-cam/ drone
Trust us! We love it as much as you do.
However, the use of fly-cam/ drone is banned in Con Dao unless a pre-arranged license has been granted by local authorities. In the occasion of possessing that license, we still have to decline the use of fly-cam/drone in the resort in respect of the guests’ privacy and safety.
No. 5: Smoking? Oh..no..
In our continued effort towards creating a healthier and more sustainable experience, we want to remind you of our 100% sustainable building methods and national park setting. For this reason, there is a strict no smoking policy inside our villas and public areas. In the interest of protecting both our guests and staff from possible fires we regretfully advise that any guests found not to comply with this policy may be asked to leave without any possibility of refund for unused nights.
Should you require a smoke, please visit one of our many designated smoking areas situated throughout the property, just remember to take your butt with you.

Six Senses Con Dao
Con Dao archipeolago, the setting for Six Senses Con Dao, is 140 miles (230 kilometers) from Ho Chi Minh city. It is a 45-minute flight to Con Dao Airport (VCS) from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh city, then a 10-minute transfer to the resort. Charter services, airline ticketing and visa services can all be arranged by the resort, plus VIP pick-up service and transfers between terminals at Tan Son Nhat Airport.
To be familiar with our transfers from and to the resort, we recommend you to take few moments of your valuable time to read the following important information.
Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN) is the international airport serving Ho Chi Minh City. The direct scheduled 45-minute flights to Con Dao Airport (VCS) are operated by VASCO, a fully-owned subsidiary of Vietnam Airlines. VASCO bookings can be made offline through Vietnam Airlines agencies or online at www.vietnamairlines.com. Another option is taking a 60-minute flight from Can Tho (VCA), a city located in the beautiful Mekong Delta region and is approximately 105 miles (170 kilometers), or around a three-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City.
Arriving to Vietnam from international flights
If you arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, after collecting your luggage, take the right exit from international terminal and walk straight to domestic terminal (approximately 300 meters). You will find Vasco check-in counter G, just a short walk from the arrivals hall.

Due to the limitation of the Con Dao Airport, all flights to Con Dao Island are only able to be scheduled during day time, from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. Should your arrival flight into Ho Chi Minh City (either internationally or domestically) not allow you to connect on your next flight to Con Dao, we suggest you to spend one night in Ho Chi Minh City before flying on to the island the next day. - Domestic flight check-in:
– For standard check-in: You can find Vasco G check-in counter just a short walk from the arrivals hall. Once at the domestic terminal you will check-in your hold luggage and have your hand luggage weighed for the flight. Upon receiving your boarding pass and luggage receipts, you will go through a security scanning before reaching the departure area in readiness for your flight.
– For VIP check-in: When you reach Vasco G check-in counter, one of Vasco dedicated airport representatives will assist you with your check-in process at the Domestic. Priority check-in is included thus no line-up or waiting is needed. After you check-in your hold luggage and have your hand luggage weighed for the flight, with your boarding pass and luggage receipts in-hand, you will be escorted through the security scanning. Priority check-in and security-scanning process allows you to have more time to relax in the lounge area at domestic terminal before your flight to Con Dao. - Luggages restriction:
Each standard traveler is allowed to bring 23 kilograms for check-in luggage and an additional of 12 kilograms for hand luggages. Any luggage exceeding these weights will be not allowed. - Maximum luggage weight permitted
Any single item of luggage must not exceed 23 kilograms. This has been implemented by Vietnam Airlines to ensure safety of passengers and baggage handlers and to avoid damage to luggage and the aircraft. - Airport Transfer Service
Complimentary round-trip transfers by shared mini-vans between Con Dao Airport and the resort will be arranged upon request. This service is offered based on the number of occupants per villa. Please provide us with your flight details in advance for our better arrangement.Surcharge for additional guests:

A new experience is traveling to Con Dao by high-speed boat departing from Can Tho city or Vung Tau city with travelling time from two hours and a half to four hours.
Operated by Vietstar, one of Vietnam’s leading air charter companies, this private air service offers guest to fly from either Ho Chi Minh city or any other locations within the region to Con Dao islands.
